The mission of "openGov" is to create a free and open forum on a private/personal basis to discuss and foster the use of Free/Libre and Open Source Software (FLOSS), with members mainly coming from the Belgian public services.
Aangepaste software voor blinden, zoals de Jaws of Virgo screen reader, is bijzonder handig maar niet goedkoop. Misschien minder bekend: er zijn ook open source initiatieven zoals NVDA voor Windows of Gnome Orca voor Linux.
