We will discuss following topics :
1- Daily working of the organisation. The idea would be to see if some delegation is possible for the administrative work. Maybe we could have ad-hoc administrative meetings and focus more on content (= open-source in the public sector) during the official opengov meetings.
2- Membership management. - The proposal would be to have effective and associate members. - Effective members must be part of the belgian public sector. - Others who want to help can become associate members. - Membership is free - Effective members must specify in what organisation/sector they are active. - We could publish the list of organisations (with the number of current members from this organisation). But membership is not a public data : we do not publish our member's list on the website. - Maybe we could also give the option to members to get in touch with other members from their own organisation (they maybe could create a local group). - other ideas...
