At VERA there is an Open Source Web Content Management solution which is used by approx. <B>20 local communities.</B> The WCMS DALIcms (http://www.dalicms.org) is managed by Lodgon and recently released as Open Source.

The second Open Source solution available is Document and Process Management based on Alfresco ECMS (http://www.alfresco.com)
